Hibiscus Sage Tea Ice Pops
Ingredients
2 cups water
1 teaspoon dried hibiscus
½ teaspoon dried sage. Pureed frozen or fresh strawberries
Directions:
Simply make a tea using the hibiscus and sage, let steep for 5 minutes or longer for a stronger taste.
Add the pureed fruit mix while the water is still hot
mix mix mix
then add your sweetener and let cool before adding to ice pop molds.
mix mix mix again
Freeze and ENJOY
P.S you can substitute any fruit you hav on hand or if you are out of fruit its amazing STILL without it!
