DIRECTIONS/ DOSAGE: 

1-3tsp per 8-12 floz h20 Do not exceed! 

Boil water, let stand for 2-3 minutes to cool.

DO NOT pour still boiling water over formula!! (as to not scold the delicate medicinal properties in the formula)  

Steep for at least five minutes, or longer for a stronger taste and infusion.

Sweeten to taste!

For a stronger or weaker taste use less/more water and try steeping for longer or shorter amounts.
