Directions & dosage for 1 serving : 

to make any chia based beverage you will want to utilize a stove top method over a traditional stepping method. This is due to the very dense ingredients found in this formula that need higher heats to extract what we are after! 

1. Add 1  - 1 3/4 cup water to a pot.

2. Add 1-1.5 tablespoons formula to pot

3. Turn heat on med/high until it begins to bubble.

4. Reduce heat to medium/low to retain a small bubble.

5. Allow it to “cook” for at least 5 minutes, longer for a stronger cup! 
6. Add coconut milk or your favorite to pot while it’s cooking, cooling or once it’s in your cup! 
7. Add sweetener to taste!
