organic chamomile -organic anise seed -organic lavender- organic spearmint-organic Tulsi

organic ginger 

organic Gun powder  green tea 

add 1-3 teaspoons per 8 ounces of water. 
Boil 8 ounces of water

After water has reached a boil remove from heat let cool for 2 to 3 minutes

Steep the tea for at least 5 minutes.
A longer steep will allow more properties to infuse into the water.
