3. SIMMER FOR 15- 30 MINUTES

POUR BOILING WATER OVER LEAVES , LET STEEP FOR 15 MINUTES ( A LIGHTER DOSAGE)

DO NOT THROW OUT YOUR LEAVES AFTER FIRST USE! THEY CAN BE RE BOILED UP TP 2-3 TIMES AND WILL CONTINUE TO RELEASE THE SOUGHT AFTER COMPUONDS IT HAS PRECIOUSLY STORED IN ITS VAULT OF CELL WALLS!
