White Butterfly Tea ORGANIC

This mesmerizing elixir once steeped carries its natural blue pigment into the beverage, resulting in a stunning color from the ANTHOCYANIN content of these flowers!

Anthocyanins  are powerful antioxidants in butterfly pea flowers(or any other purple/blue fruit/veg/plant) that can help fight oxidative stress from free radicals, which are two main causes of aging and disease.

Directions & Dosage

1. 1-3 tsp per 1 cup h20
2. Boil water , let cool for 1-3 mins as not to scorch the delicate compounds in the tea and flowers!
3. Add formula once water has calmed and cooled slightly ( 175•-180•f.
4. Steep 5-15mins
5. (Optional) add sweetener, stevia or honey ( once cooled)
