Dosage:

1-3 tsp per 8/16floz depending on desired potency& taste preference.

Higher dose will yeild a more tart taste which is balanced perfectly with a natural sweetener like stevia. Just literally a sprinkle of stevia is all you need, as it is 250-300 times MORE sweeter than table sugar, while being all natural, plant derived!  

Directions: 

1. Boil 8-16floz of water
2. Remove from heat and let cool for 2 mins.
(Pouring still boiling water over the delicate ingredients has the potential to break down and damage the delicate, heat sensitive medicinal compounds.)
3. Steep 5 mins or longer for a more potent end elixir.
4. add sweetener to taste, or once cooled pour over ice. 
(you can make large batches at once and store in the fridge to have at hand at any time!)
